It is alleged that in spite of a serious objection regarding acceptance of the nomination of the Opposite Party No.4, there has been no consideration of the objection and there has been illegal allowing of nomination of the Opposite Party No.4. 2.

Keeping in view the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court observes, in the event there is illegal acceptance of nomination, there is remedy otherwise and no writ petition for this purpose is entertainable. However, considering the other aspect this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner had any objection in due time before the competent authority and there is disposal of such objection, result involving such objection shall be communicated to the Petitioner to find-out other option available to him, within a

// 2 // period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
