Mr. Joshi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks ex-gratia compensation on death of his wife. His client made representation dated 6th January, 2020 to opposite party no.3.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, opposite party no.3 will consider the representation.
