Mr. Joshi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks ex-gratia compensation on death of his daughter. His client made representation by petition, mentioned in letter dated 16th June, 2020 of Additional District Magistrate, Bolangir (annexure-4).

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, opposite party no.3 will consider the representation.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said letter dated 16th June, 2020 and inform petitioner outcome thereof, within three weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
