Mr. Joshi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks ex-gratia compensation on death of his daughter. His client made representation dated 13th April, 2021 to opposite party no.3.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, opposite party no.3 will consider the representation.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 13th April, 2021 and inform petitioner outcome thereof, within three weeks of communication. 4.
