This writ petition involves the following prayer : "In view of the facts and circumstances narrated above, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to considering this application and pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ/ writs in favour of the petitioner for considering of this application before the authority of the said Op.bal amount/ outstanding amount bills Rs.29964.05/- on without having any revision of the bills for your reference may kindly be considering in this aforesaid matter to approached before the Hon'ble Court and pass any order/ orders as deem fit and proper may kindly be passed for the interest of the justice."

This Court finds, there is no appropriate approach by the Petitioner to the competent authority in this regard. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to make a representation in this regard to the competent authority within a period of two weeks hence and the
