1. The statement of the victim which has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she is living happily with her husband i.e. the Petitioner No.1 and in-laws is placed on record. This is not objected to by learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, Anandapur P.S. Case No.88 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.57 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
