2. Heard leaned counsel for the parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Opposite Party to accept the tax and declare the vehicle bearing registration number OR-08-F-7017 off road.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, especially the fact that the show-cause notice having been issued in a certificate proceeding, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

5. It is submitted that in the meanwhile the certificate proceeding is not over. If the certificate proceeding is not over, the Petitioner shall be given a chance of hearing in the said

// 2 // proceeding and the same be disposed of not later than one month from today.

6. With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
