This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Badagada P.S. Case No.175 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 256 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Sorada for commission of alleged offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable in nature and therefore, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
