Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.39 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 142 of 2019 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 523 of 2019 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/302/201/120-B/149 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Koraput by order dated 11.02.2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the move for bail. 6.
Taking into account the release of twenty co-accused by virtue of the order of this Court, dated 18.11.2019 in BLAPL No.
5576 of 2019, this Court directs that the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
