The petitioner is in custody in connection with Adava P.S. Case No.85 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.56 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Paralakhemundi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of NDPS Act.

Having regard to the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, being 331 kg of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
