None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Case Diary is available on record. This Court by an order passed on 23.11.2016 had directed for issuance of notice against O.P. No.2 by Speed Post but till date, no postal requisite has been filed.

In the aforesaid circumstance, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
