This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed in a disposed of Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that W.P.(C) No.7105 of 2022 was disposed of vide order dated 21.03.2022 with a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider the representation of the Petitioner within two months. However, the order passed by this Court has not been complied with as of now. Since the time for filing Contempt Petition has elapsed, instead of filing a CONTC, he has filed an Interlocutory application in this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties to implement the order. 4.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand seeks some time to implement the order of this Court.

Considering the submissions, further six weeks time is granted to the Opposite Parties to implement the order. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
