06. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order dated 03.03.2021 under Annexure-5 issued by the Government to the President Governing Body, Kuchinda College, Kuchinda approving the appointment of opposite party No.4 as Principal In-charge-cumSecretary of the College and he further seeks directions to the opposite parties to allow him to continue as Principal In-chargecum-Secretary of opposite party No.3-College as he is the senior most Reader of the institution.

3. It is submitted that the opposite party No.4 is getting as Principal In-charge, Kuchinda College, Kuchinda and the petitioner has challenged the said appointment of opposite party No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the present petitioner has been transferred to some other College and the claim of the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. In such view of the matter, the status quo order passed on 08.03.2021 stands vacated.
