1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This application has been filed for correction/modification of the order dated 19th May, 2022 stating therein that in the 2nd paragraph of the order, the alleged offence has been wrongly mentioned as "Section 409 of I.P.C." instead of "Section 284/304 of I.P.C."

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, the expressions "Section 409 of I.P.C." mentioned in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 19th May, 2022 be corrected as "Section 284/304 of I.P.C."

4. The date of surrender is extended till 22nd August, 2022.

5. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.
