This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of the petitioners, who is in custody in connection with Bhuban P.S. Case No.58 of 2019 arising out of G.R. Case No.56 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban for offence punishable under sections 498-A/302/304(B)/34, I.P.C. & Section 4 of the D.P. Act in filing the petition under section 439 of Cr.P.C. for their release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed as also taking into account the surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this application stands disposed of with the observation that in the event occasion so arises for

// 2 // consideration of regular bail to the Petitioners, the same shall be considered on its own merit and further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper prospective.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
