This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ghasipura P.S. Case No.37 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.(G.N.) Case No.75 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned N.G.N. -cum-

// 2 // J.M.F.C., Ghasipura for commission of alleged offence under section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records and on instruction received from the Investigating Officer submitted that till date the case has not turned to any non-bailable offence.

In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as not maintainable.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
