1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The petitioner is absent at the time of call. On last three occasions i.e. on 04.04.2022, 12.05.2022 and 08.07.2022, the petitioner was also absent. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. If any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition.
