Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this case is that she has sought for a power supply connection to her house and made necessary deposit with regard to the same on 19th April, 2021, but the power supply has not been given to her house in spite of representation made in this regard to the Opposite Party No.3-The Executive Engineer, Electrical, TATA Power Supply Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Khordha on 1st July, 2021 under Annexure-2. As such, she has sought for a writ of mandamus

// 2 // directing the Opposite Parties to give necessary power supply to her premises pursuant to such deposit made. 4.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner and without expressing any opinion on such representation, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3-The Executive Engineer, Electrical, TATA Power Supply Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Khordha to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner dated 1st July, 2021 under Annexure-2 to the writ petition in the manner known to law not later than one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
