In reducing the prayer made in this writ petition, learned counsel for Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner is ready and willing to make the payment under the disconnection notice, he should be permitted to make such payment in suitable installment. 2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and finding that it becomes difficult to maintain the day to day life without power supply, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.6,000/- alongwith an application to clear the balance dues in four equal monthly installments, his application may be considered and the amount under deposit may be accepted and the power connection to the residence of the Petitioner shall be immediately restored. The Petitioner is also directed to go on depositing the current dues.
