The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Tahasildar, RengaliOpposite Party No.3 to mutate the land in question in his name. 4.

From the case record, it appears that although the writ petition was presented on 5th May, 2017, but no step was taken for removal of defects in spite of several direction of this Court. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
