Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners.

Pursuant to the order dated 06.04.2022, Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners, on instruction, contended that against the order dated 20.07.2018 passed in O.A. No. 512 of 2015 and batch, W.P.(C) No. 7762 of 2021 was filed before this Court, which was dismissed on 15.09.2021 on the ground of delay and latches.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners-State and after going through the records, it appears that the impugned order has been passed on 28.02.2019 and the present writ petition has been filed after long lapse of 3 years i.e. on 15.03.2022. Thereby, the writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 7762 of 2021, which was dismissed on 15.09.2021 on the ground of delay and latches.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
