This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

A mandamus has been prayed for to be issued to Vijaya Bank, Main Branch, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar/Opposite Party No.2 for considering the proposal under the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme in the Cash Credit Account bearing No.740306211000062.

In brief the facts are, the petitioners (husbandwife duo) stated to have availed an aggregate amount of Rs.10 Lakhs as loan facilities in two accounts under the NHM Scheme from the aforesaid Bank on 7th May, 2015 with an agricultural land offered as collateral security. It is apparent that no other particulars having stated in the Writ Petition, thus we find it to be totally vague.

At this stage, learned counsel the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable the petitioners to seek their available remedies in accordance with law.
