Since there is no specific claim involving the suffering of the Order No.

Petitioners' involved herein for the encroachment by the Opposite Party No.4 herein, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a better application to the Tahasildar, Chandbali.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
