1. During pendency of the present writ appeal, the amount to be deposited by the Appellant has been reduced by the National Green Tribunal to Rs.1,00,000/-. Admittedly, the Appellant has already deposited Rs.1,20,000/- with the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB). It is accordingly directed that to the SPCB will refund to the Appellant the excess amount so deposited within four weeks from today subject to adjustment of other liability, if any.
