The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to issue R.O.R. in respect of Khata No. 156/464 of mouza Ramachandrapur under Ghasipura Tahasil in the district of Keonjhar.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additiional Standing Counsel files an affidavit of Tahasildar, Ghasipur indicating that R.O.R. in respect of the land in question has already been dispatched to the Petitioner by registered post.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
