This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification/correction of the orders dated 12.04.2022 and 21.03.2022.

Since there are number of errors crept into the order dated 12.04.2022, this Court is inclined to recall the order dated 12.04.2022.

However, this Court directs that in the 3rd line from the top of Paragraph-3 of order dated 21.03.2022, 'sections 498-A/ 323/354/376/34' be substituted with 'Sections 498-A/34 of I.PC.' In paragraph-6 of order dated 21.03.2022, 'two weeks' be 'eight weeks'. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. thus stands allowed.
