1. Heard Mr.Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. and the offences alleged are under Sections 341/294/323/506/376-D of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Upon hearing both parties and considering the evidence of P.W.1(victim), P.W.14(doctor) and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail.
