Since the Petitioner seeks for a direction to the SubDivisional Magistrate, Jajpur for early disposal of Crl. Misc. Case No. 16 of 2021 filed under Section 133 Cr.P.C., this matter should have been registered as CRLMP. The S.R. has also pointed out the said defect.
