This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No.09 of 2020 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.09 of 2020 on the file of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Mayurbhanj running for alleged commission of offence under section- 409 of the IPC and section-13(2) and section13(1)(C) of the P.C. Act has filed this application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard Mr. A.K.Biswal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner; it is

// 2 // directed that in the event, the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Court in seisin of the case with the further conditions that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose.

Violation of the condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
