This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the earlier order dated 30.04.2019 passed in ABLAPL No.2968 of 2019; further keeping in view the nature of accusations as also the surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with G.R. Case No.05 of 2019 corresponding to Dunguripali P.S. Case No.04 of 2019 arising out of ICC Case No.27 of 2018 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Dunguripali within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
