Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is strange to observe that the Transfer Petition was filed by the Wife with specific prayer for her inconvenience indicated therein and there was a request for transfer of the Matrimonial Case from the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Karanjia to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Champua. It is considering the plight of the Petitioner involving the Transfer Petition and the submission made by a set of Counsel engaged for the purpose, this Court allowed the Transfer Petition. Now this is a strange Review Petition with change of Counsel asking for transferring the litigation to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj in cancellation of the transfer order already passed involving TRP(C) No.278/2021. This Court finds, such Review Petition is wholly un-entertainable and

This Court expects, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner taking up responsibility of the previous Counsel should remain careful in filing Review Petition and there should not be clear shifting of the stand put forth to this Court in the consideration of the case.
