It is submitted by learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor that the order dated 30.06.2021 in W.P.(C) No.17785 of 2021 passed by this Court has already been complied with and a copy of the compliance order handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Court today.

In such view of the submission, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives.
