This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a case which is pending before the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation-cum-Deputy/Assistant Labour Commissioner, Nayagarh. The sole grievance of the Petitioner is for a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the matter within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2021, this Court is inclined to give a specific direction for disposal of the case. The Opposite party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of six months. 4.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
