None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also the surrender certificate has not yet been filed, but on the last date adjournment was taken on behalf of the petitioner to file surrender certificate.

In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, especially when no one had appeared today to address the Court nor the surrender certificate of the petitioner is being filed, hence the BLAPL stands dismissed.
