1. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners that the record is not traceable.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the Petitioners to revive the application as and when the record is traced.

3. The interim order passed earlier in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
