None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on the last two consecutive dates on 08.12.2022 and 15.12.2022.

In view of the aforesaid fact, especially when no one had appeared for the petitioner to move today or on the last two consecutive dates, it pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
