This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel submitted that he has the instruction to appear on behalf of the informant.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Sunabeda P.S. Case No.35 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.264 of 2022 pending in

// 2 // the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Koraput, Jeypore for alleged commission of offences under sections 447, 294, 506, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the S.C. & S.T.(PoA) Act.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that notices as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. have been served on the petitioners and they have complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case. In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
