3. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Opposite Parties to grant retrospective promotion to the petitioner in the post of Jr. SES cadre against eligibility year wise vacancies of Orissa Subordinate Education Services Rules, 1972.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case filed a representation vide Annexure-10, this sheweth representation is pending since dated 27.10.2021 before the O.P No. 1 and similarly case has been considered by the authority.

5. In view of such facts and submissions made, the authority is directed to pass an order within the stipulated time of 45 days of production/ presentation of certified copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
