1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to move the authority for disposal of the representations as at Annexure-5 series.

Learned counsel appearing for the Board of Secondary Education submits that any representation that would be made/pending, shall be disposed of by the authority in accordance with law.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the petitioner shall approach the authority by making representation afresh enclosing copies of the representations made earlier and documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. The authority shall do well to consider the representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order along with
// 2 // copy of other documents.

The authority shall communicate to the petitioner the decision that would be rendered within two weeks. 6.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding merits of the case in any manner whatsoever. 7.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be uploaded.
