This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife to transfer of C.P. No.19 of 2016 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Koraput, Jeypore to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parlakhemundi on the ground of threat to her life. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party-husband in spite of sufficiency of notice.

Since no one appears on behalf of the Opposite Partyhusband in spite of sufficiency of notice and the convenience of the wife is the paramount consideration in a case for transfer of the matrimonial dispute, this Court allows the transfer petition and consequently directs that C.P. No.19 of 2016 pending on

// 2 // the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Koraput, Jeypore be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parlakhemundi. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Opposite Partyhusband to seek the review of the order, if so aggrieved. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
