This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, final report has been submitted indicating that it is a false case and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case. In support of such contention, learned counsel for the State files the copy of the final report which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as not pressed.

The interim order dated 08.04.2021 stands vacated.
