This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to dispose of the M.V. Appeal No.05 of 202 pending before the Collector-cum-Regional Transport Authority, Odisha, Jajpur as per the direction issued by this Court in an earlier writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.2901 of 2021. 3.
Heard.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in this case though stay has been granted by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2901 of 2021 not to take any coercive steps till disposal of the appeal, if the appeal was filed within the stipulated period and the appeal was filed accordingly, which is still pending, steps are taken in defiance to the said order by the Transport
// 2 // Authority, hence seeks disposal of the aforesaid appeal and till then, not to take any coercive steps.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the aforesaid appeal of the Petitioner within two months, if filed in compliance to the direction given in the disposed of writ petition and the Transport Authority act in accordance with the direction given by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2901 of 2021 restraining to take any coercive action till disposal of the appeal.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
