This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Sadar, Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.3 to register the Mutation Case entertaining the application dated 17th November, 2021 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC on instruction submits, entertaining the application for mutation submitted by the Petitioner, Mutation Case Nos. No.1113 to 1121 of 2022 have already been registered and the matter has been posted to 6th May, 2022 for appearance of the parties and individual as well as general notices have been issued for appearance of the parties and for filing of objection.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Sadar, Keonjhar to take a decision in the aforesaid Mutation Cases in accordance with law giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six

// 2 // months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
