Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner for quashing of the FIR i.e. Annexure-1 in connection with C.T. Case No.385 of 2014 arising out of Simulia P.S. Case No.112 of 2014 registered under Section 406 IPC on the grounds stated therein. 3.
It is submitted to the Court by Mr. S.D. Das, learned Senior Advocate appearing for O.P.No.2 that in the meantime, investigation has been concluded and charge sheet stands filed under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and therefore, prayer which has been sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that whatever grounds which have been taken in the present petition may be permitted to the raise during trial, as in any case, he has the liberty to do so.

In view of the above, the CRLMC stands dismissed. 6.
