Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Gangapur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.33 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that it is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature and the fact that the petitioners have been granted
// 2 // interim protection since 23.03.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 23.03.2021 is made absolute.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
