The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 25th June, 2021 passed by the Tahasildar, Soro in Bhoodan Misc. Case No.06 of 2021 refusing to record Hal Plot Nos.400, 413, 414, 1004, 1006, 1007, 378, 243, 379 and 1034 under Hal Khata No. 475 situated in mouza Kharida under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore in his name.

Since the Petitioner has remedy under the provisions of Odisha Bhoodan and Gramadan Act, 1970 and the rules framed thereunder, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
