This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 26th August, 2015 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No. 44 of 2013. 3.
Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of his best effort, he could not get instruction in the matter.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
The interim order dated 11th December, 2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 270 of 2015 stands vacated.
