Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Madanpur Rampur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.56 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., M-Rampur for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 294, 323, 354, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that three persons were sent for medical examination on police

// 2 // requisition and one Puspabati Sahoo and Tuku Sahoo were found to have sustained simple injuries and there was no external injury on Pyara Sahoo.

In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection since 23.03.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty, the interim order dated 23.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
