This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner-Kanha @ Nrusingha Charan Pattanaik in connection with Baranga P.S. Case No.179 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2618 of 2020 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Rural Cuttack registered under Section 394 of IPC.

Mr. Sushanta Harichandan, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today stating therein that the petitioner does not want to press this bail application. The same be kept on record. The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. Copy of the order be sent to the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rural Cuttack.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
