1. The Collector's order on the Petitioner's objections to the opening of the Off Shop at the location in question, is an appealable order. It is accordingly directed that the Collector should dispose of the objections already filed by the Petitioner, by giving the Petitioner and the licencee of the Off shop a hearing and thereafter passing a reasoned order not later than 2nd May, 2022. The order shall be made available to the parties not later than 9th May, 2022. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate statutory remedies in accordance with law.
